Independent Publishing for a More Unexpected Life
Welcome to Print First Media.
We believe there's more to life than what an algorithm decides you should see next.
We're an independent publishing imprint creating and rediscovering books, guides, and overlooked ideas that encourage people to think for themselves, explore unfamiliar interests, make things, try things, and connect with the world around them.
We're interested in the useful, the unusual, the entertaining, and the occasionally provocative. Some of what we publish is practical. Some is just plain interesting. All of it is meant to spark something.
Technology has its place. But curiosity shouldn't be automated, and artificial intelligence shouldn't do all our thinking for us.
Read something unexpected. Learn something new. Find your own way.
Reading still matters. So does thinking for yourself.
